TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFERRAL SERVICES i.e. Hiring Entertainers
By using the Ebony Men Black Male Revue website and the Referral Services of Ebony Men Black Male Revue you are consenting that the person booking and any person or persons in attendance are over the age of 18. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO USE OUR BOOKING SERVICES. By booking entertainers through the Ebony Men Stripper Website you are taking sole responsibility as the person purchasing this service to warrant everyone is of legal age to partake in any events where EM Productions is providing its referral Services. By using the Ebony Men Stripper website and its booking services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
No one can touch the entertainer improperly including anything that might be illegal.
No one can touch an individual entertainer without permission, and it is completely to the discretion of the entertainer to guide you as to what the individual entertainer deems to be appropriate. Examples: legs, stomach, chest, buttocks. No touching of any kind of genitals, penis/private parts. Ebony Men Black Male Revue does not provide, and sexual acts or x-rated shows. Ebony Men Black Male Revue is for amusement only. Anyone with an expectation of or who indicates that they want more forfeits the payments for both our website’s referral fees and the dancer/dancer’s payment and the party/event will be immediately terminated.
TRANSACTIONS AND REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL. Payment of the 50% referral/booking fee is a confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of our “NO REFUND POLICY.” If for any reason any person who has paid the 50% booking fee has to cancel an event, they will be forfeiting their booking fee in its entirety. Rescheduling of any kind will result in a $25 rescheduling fee per entertainer if requested within 5 business days of the date of the event. Any rescheduling made in less than 5 business days’ time will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. All changes must be done in writing via email. Before changes will be made to any booking, rescheduling fees must be processed and paid in full. When contacting us regarding changes to a reservation please include name, phone number, original booking date, new booking date, and if necessary new address. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO POLICIES.
